Patient Participation Group
The Aims of the Patient Participation Group
Our Patient Participation Group are people who are registered Patients of our Practice. The group has been in existence since 2010. It meets every 2 months from 6pm to 7pm on a Wednesday evening and meets at the Surgery.
The group discusses and comments on the following:
- The annual Patient questionnaire
- Practice developments
- How access arrangements to the Practice could change
- Services offered by the Practice
- Local NHS issues
In addition the group currently appoints two members to attend the Sutton Clinical Commissioning Patient Reference Group with representatives from all Sutton Practices. The Sutton CCG PRG looks at the wide range of Commissioning NHS services that the CCG has responsibility for – Acute Hospital Services, Mental Health Services, Community Services, out of hours services (not GP services) etc.
If there is anything you feel you would like to put to the Group for discussion please email on swlccg.patientparticipationgroup@nhs.net. Items discussed will be recorded in the minutes and can be found on this website.
